Noel Hemphill is a senior English major from Minneapolis, Minn. Noel has written for every section of the paper in her three years on staff, and most enjoys interviewing members of the Occidental College community. Outside of the paper, Noel enjoys reading Vogue, playing with puppies, and online shopping. Noel is also a member of the Women’s swim team.
