What is with the air conditioning in Braun? I was so pumped when I heard that we had AC, being as my number one concern coming to Southern California from the northeast. However, when I got here, the AC was broken! My awesome RA (shout out to Connor for bein’ ma boi) got on the issue, but my dorm buddies and I had to sweat out that first week. Even though New York City can get pretty hot in the summer, I’ve never really dealt with heat like there was my first week here, and I felt pretty bummed sometimes. Either way, I’ve gotten used to the heat by now, and it’s getting a bit cooler, but AC still would have been nice the first few days.
