The Intercultural Community Center (ICC) Book Club has read the novel “I’m Down” by Mishna Wolff. The memoir speaks of Wolff’s unusual childhood–growing up in a predominantly Black neighborhood, in a dysfunctional family.
This book touches on many sensitive topics that are sure to instigate questions and spark dialogue about race and behavior in our society. Everyone in the Occidental Community is encouraged and welcome to hear Wolff speak on November 11 at 7 pm in Fowler 302.
