Macarena Blando Demarco is a freshman from Pasadena, Calif. starting her first year as a writer at the Weekly. She thoroughly enjoys anything to do with music and film, and hopes to major in Media Arts & Culture. When she’s not exploring LA or attending concerts, you can find Macarena working at the college post office and struggling to learn new hobbies, preferably foreign languages.
